Well, it’s now December 2nd. I had solemnly swore that I would make daily updates to my blog from December 1 to January 1. I made that promise, and failed already. I had every intention of posting yesterday ( I do have even intention from this day forward) . I really really did! But I came home a lit-tle too drunk to accomplish that.

We’ve just finished up our Business Strategic Planning Session today, about a half hour ago actually. Our company gathers together once a year for two full days to talk about where we are going as a group, where we want to go, and to air any issues that we’ve had. It’s an amazing planning session that is very informative and gives us a more clear and concise view as to where we are headed as a group. our leaders (or shareholders) are very open to accepting our thoughts and desires, which makes for a really easy session. But the whole process is very draining. The fact that it’s a two full day session is hard enough, but you have to out yourself out there to get anything back, you have to be willing to share anything and everything in these sessions or they proved to be useless. And the best part of the whole process is the huge dinner at a fancy restaurant with an open bar tab - which I took full advantage of!

So, I have a head full of knowledge and I’m so wound up with trying to think it through and try to decipher everything that just happened all the while nursing a mild hangover. The hangovers that are more annoying then debilitating. It’s made for a long day!
