Long walk - check; I walked about 3.3km (2 miles) on Friday. Nothing.
Hot food - check; two nights in a row I had jalapeño peppers AND banana peppers on my meals. Nothing.
Stretched my cervix (done by my doctor of course) - check; NOTHING.
Sex - check; don’t even get me started on that fiasco. Nothing.
Pedicures with foot massage - check; two in the past month. Nothing.
Nipple stimulation - check; Ugh. NOT my idea of fun. Nothing.
Manual labour - check; pulled weeds, cleaned the car, washed the driveway. Nothing.
Raspberry Leaf Tea - drinking it now. Nothing so far.
I’ve even ran after my defiant toddler who insisted on running away from me and was heading towards the road. Nothing came of that expect time out for him and pee soaked pants for me (this was about a week or so ago so no, it wasn’t my water breaking.)
Short of jumping jacks and cutting myself open to get this child out, I’ve tried just about everything.
Four days overdue and I am a raging bitch.
Just ask Mike. He’s slept the past two nights on the couch just to give me space because apparently I need the entire bed since my side isn’t big enough.
Tomorrow I have a doctor’s appointment again and I just may cry and guilt her into an induction. If I hit my Week 41 day (on Wednesday) I can’t be held accountable for what I may do.
Oh, honey I KNOW. The sex comment up there? I KNOW. Oh, honey. Here’s to some action (not that kind) tonight. Comeonnnn baby!

Oh Honey! I feel so sad for you! My sister went a full 2 weeks overdue, despite everything known to man to induce labour (I kid you not). It was the castor oil that finally did it for her. Not that I am recommending it without your doctor’s advice, but it just may work. Hang in there, and remember that little babies sleep a lot better on the inside. (It’s a stretch, but I am too far away to give you the big hug that I want to.) xoxo

I always wondered what it would be like to make it to my due date. I never made it with any of my pregnancies. Which is by no means a brag or meant to make you feel worse; I’m kind of jealous. The anticipation, letting nature do what it does best, the excitement building by the day, and now, I’m sure by the hour.
Soon enough and now, you’re going to have a gemini baby!!! Being a gemini myself, I have nothing but high praise for them

I remember being overdue with Michael and I cried every time I looked in the mirror… I just knew I would never be unpregnant again LOL

Have you tried blue and black cohosh? I have both if you want them. Also, have you tried clary sage that you rub on your tummy? Seriously. I have it all. happy to pass them on cause I spent a small fortune.
For me KFC and a cheesy movie did the trick.
But, crying does work wonders.
